Cute, cute, cute! I've been waiting for this manga for some time and I'm so glad it's finally here! This omnibus collects the first two volumes and is over 400 pages! It's quirky, nerdy, and girly. The artwork is adorable and the story is heartfelt. I can't wait for the next omnibus! Recommended By Hannah B., Powells.com
I cannot stress enough what a hidden gem this manga is. I've met few people who know of it, but everyone I've met who did know of it loved it! Equal parts hilarious and heartwarming, this is the story of Kuranosuke, a beautiful boy princess and his friendship with a house full of hopeless nerds. Tsukimi, the main character, is one of those nerds who struggle against realizing their own beauty and talent. My favorite part of the series is that Kuranosuke doesn't try to change the characters, but rather encourages them to utilize their potential and unique talents. Every character is lovable and unique. This story has everything: fashion shows, romance, humor, friendship, struggles with adulthood, usurpation of gender roles, and speeches about believing in yourself!
